    a. To qualify, You must have paid for the run in full by due dates.
    b. Pricing after February 28th 2007 is subject to increase as costs dictate.
    c. We are not going to rework reservations and events for late comers. So get your deposits in early to ensure your place.

If due to natural disaster, terror attack or other unforeseen event, Joy Ride Rally, LLC is unable, through no fault of its own, to put on the rally, non-recoverable expenditures will be deducted from moneys paid. All remaining moneys will then be divided between payers. Joy Ride Rally, LLC will make no profit in this event.
